WaterMarc Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“WaterMarc.ai”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to delivering high-quality custom digital services, AI platforms, cloud solutions, and consulting engagements. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.
1. Applicability
This Refund Policy applies only to services provided through WaterMarc.ai, including project based engagements, SaaS subscriptions, digital platforms, and custom deliverables.
2. General No-Refund Principle
Given the bespoke nature of our services:
• Once a project has commenced or resources have been allocated, refunds will generally not be issued.
• SaaS or platform subscriptions are non-refundable once accessed, except where clearly specified in your signed agreement.
3. Refund Eligibility
We consider refund requests only under the following circumstances:
• The service was materially not delivered as per the agreed scope of work.
• A project is canceled before any work begins, and no internal resources or third-party purchases have been deployed.
• A duplicate payment has been made by mistake.
Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the issue arising.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted in cases including, but not limited to:

Work already performed or resources allocated before cancellation.

Clients changing their mind after work has started.

Delays or lack of deliverables due to client-side factors (e.g. unavailable content, approvals, feedback).

Services already rendered, including deliverables or digital assets delivered.

Purchases of third-party domains, licenses, plug-ins, or infrastructure procured as part of a project agreement.

Custom-developed software, proprietary tools, or platform access once delivered.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

2. Include:

Your full name and company name (if applicable).

Project or invoice number.

Clear reason for the request.

Any supporting documentation (e.g. email threads, screenshots).
3. Our team will review the request and respond within 5–7 business days. If a refund is approved, we will process it within the same timeframe.
6. Refund Amounts & Deductions
If a refund is approved:

The refund may be full or partial, depending on work completed or expenses incurred.

Any processing fees, third-party purchase costs, or incurred expenses may be deducted.

Refunds are made using the original payment method, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
